Pete Pearson

Pete Pearson provides business advisory services to the Firm’s healthcare clients. Pete’s focus includes feasibility studies for various healthcare entities; certificate of need preparation, support, and litigation; mergers and acquisitions support; comprehensive strategic planning; debt financings and performance improvement analyses.

Pete is a 1992 cum laude graduate of Mercer University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Tennessee. Pete is a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional.

Pete is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, serves as a board member of the Tennessee Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, and serves on the Finance Committee of the Knoxville Area Chamber Partnership
