David McMillan

David McMillan provides extensive financial, strategic, and analysis services to the Firm's healthcare clients. David's areas of concentration are: feasibility studies for various healthcare entities; certificate of need preparation, support, and litigation; mergers and acquisitions support; strategic planning and forecasting, debt financings; valuations, and operational analysis.

David is a 1992 honors graduate of the University of Tennessee Knoxville with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant.

David is a member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a Board Member of the Knoxville Area Chamber Partnership.
