John Graham

John Graham specializes in managed care, claims and data services for insurance companies, hospitals and physicians.  John's primary focus has been utilizing claims for data-driven decision making with clients across the healthcare industry.  John has experience in claims auditing, contract compliance, provider contract negotiations, decision support, and financial modeling.  He has led projects demanding the management of claims data sets as large as $4 billion paid, including offering services in support of litigation for the largest hospital group in the country.

John is a 1997 graduate of Duke University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.  He has received the Group Benefits Associate designation through the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and is a member with the Society for Human Resource Management.  He has spoken at a number of national conferences including the Health Insurance Association of America, Claims and Customer Service Conference for Health Insurers, Benefits Management Forum & Expo, and World Research Group on topics related to claims accuracy and data management.
