Jon-David Deeson

Jon-David Deeson has led a variety of consulting projects with physician groups and hospitals on financial, strategic and operational business matters regarding physician industry issues.  Jon-David's primary areas of focus at PYA have been physician compensation, revenue cycle and financial turnaround projects.  He has also worked on several key leadership and organizational structure engagements as well as extensive work on current issues affecting hospital and physician relationships including physician recruitment, medical directorships, joint ventures and other financial arrangement matters.

Jon-David has spoken nationally on physician and hospital industry topics for groups such as the Medical Group Management Association and the Healthcare Financial Management Association. He has also been published and quoted by the Journal of Medical Practice Management, Medical Economics, and various HealthLeaders Media publications.

Jon-David is a 1992 graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.  In addition, he received his Masters of Science in Healthcare Administration and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.  Jon-David is also a Fellow and Certified Healthcare Executive (FACHE) through the American College of Healthcare Executives and is a member of the Medical Group Management Association.
