Angie Caldwell
Angie Caldwell provides audit, review, compilation and financial advisory services to a wide variety of organizations, including health and life insurance companies, hospitals, health systems, community mental health centers, managed care organizations and not-for-profit organizations. Angie's expertise includes audits under Government Auditing Standards, OMB A-133, and the National Association of Insurance Commissioners' Accounting Practices and Procedures Manual. She has analyzed accounting systems and infrastructure for adequacy, developed monthly financial statement closing processes, provided impact analysis for new and proposed accounting principles, provided long-term debt financing support, and provided litigation and arbitration support services, including financial statement analysis and summarization.
Angie is a 1995 graduate of Marshall University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting (magna cum laude), and a 2000 graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a Master of Business Administration (first in class). She is a certified public accountant in Tennessee and West Virginia.
Angie is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.
