Marty Brown

Marty Brown has vast experience and expertise in healthcare and has performed a multitude of projects for small and large physician groups as well as health systems related to compensation plans, clinic profitability analyses, overhead analyses and financial oversight, physician billing, Stark II analyses, valuations, strategic planning, and business office reviews.

Marty has performed well over 200 business valuations in his career in many different industries, including construction, healthcare, manufacturing, and professional services.

Marty has also testified as an expert witness in numerous litigation support engagements related to business valuation matters, damage estimates, non-compete agreements, accounting and regulatory matters, and certificates of need.

Marty is a 1985 graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He is a member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, American Health Lawyer's Association, Medical Group Management Association, and Health Care Financial Management Association. Marty is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Tennessee.
