The American Health Lawyers Association introduced a new, in-person program for 2013. The AHLA Healthcare Transactions program, of which PYA was a platinum sponsor, was held April 25-26 in Nashville before a sold-out audience. PYA Principals Martie Ross and Will Melson served as faculty for the program and presented on rural-affiliation strategies from mergers to franchises, and post-merger integration strategies, respectively.
